HAHA Happy Belated Valentine's Day =) this is the 1st post in the new year of 2009.

I've spent a nice valentine's day with my dearest Family 4 <3 and i received quite alot of presents from sweet people. Thanks alot!!!

I haven't post anything this year ever, cos i was so busy with Orientation 2009 since Jan.
I reached home at night almost everyday, sometimes late night ard 11.40pm.
I'm so glad that Razak & Joey live so near me that i can have their company when going home at night =)

Now that it's over, it has been a magical journey I have experienced which i will always remember deeply in my heart.
I have known a group of wonderful ppl who care, support each other lyk one big family, that's 2009 OGLs =) I especially love Family 4 to the max, we rocks!!

So before my short term memory happens again, let me start blogging about this magical moment. Starting from OGL prep camp from 8 - 10 Jan.
Okay let me start on the camp. It's from 8 - 10 Jan.
I was posted to og 4. Haha i din know most of the ppl from og 4.
But as days go by, og 4 really bonded n i think dat ppl from og 4 r nice n friendly ppl =)

Day 1, we have mass dances, we learnt the 2 new mass dances, Candy Man & Never Give Up again.
Then, water games at netball court were fun & crazy.
But we din get to shower after dat, we juz washed up cos there's not enough time.
I tot we will feel itchy due to soap or wad but it was alright haha.
After dinner, we watched phobia-the last flight.
When watching, Mr Leow tried to scare Yan Ting who was behind me.
After dat, he tried to scare me but din succeed cos thanks to Charlene, I've alr watched it le.
Then, this guy beside me, Andy was so scared hahaha.
He kept looking at the clock on our right.
But i knew he scared la. He asked me to dun watch & chat with him.
Ended up i manage to convince him to watch the climax.
During the climax, he, Mr Leow n a guy all huddled together la, LOL
After that it was the night games. Each og has to divide into half, so there's OG 4a and OG 4b.
Haha at my grp, there are Jannah, Christopher, Andy, Yan Ting, Zhi Wei, Mythili and some other which i forgot (sry)
Unlike the leaders' camp at oct last yr, this time round nobody scream.
Though the gamers' ghost make-up looked quite real.
So Jannah & I are quite surprised by dat.
The night games are fun. I din get to play the station at squash court.
A pity cos i tot it'll be quite scary.
Anw the station which has the tunnel makes my knees hurt.
I was the last gal of the group den we have to crawl our way out.
Andy & Christopher were behind me.
Mythili was in front of me den she crawl so fast dat i can't catch up.
So i lost track of her. It was dark & I was lost so i moved to the side & asked Andy to lead the way.
After much effort, we managed to make our way out.
Ended up we have to crawl back again. I was lyk WTH. Andy lead the way 1st & both of us crawl so fast out hahaha w the others tagging behind.
After the night games, all of us have group photos with the gamers.

After debrief was supper den we chiong to shower.
Then, we laid out our slping bags to slp, intending to slp.
Gideon & Tommy was opposite us, behind the "barrier".
So we ended up chatting w them. This senior kept rushing us to go to slp haha.

Haha suddenly we talked abt this "popular" guy den Tommy get so excited LOL.
We chatted awhile but we dun wan to disturb other ppl from slping, so we lied down.
Yan Ting fell asleep quite fast, den Zhi Wei & I r lying down & chatting.
We have a really nice chat dat we almost cant stop =)
But we really have to replenish our energy,
So i told her we try to keep quiet for 10mins & then we fell asleep...

Day 2, Water games & at night, there is BBQ & campfire.
Super crazy but loads of fun!!!!!!!
I totally enjoyed myself.
After the whole event at night, our spirits are so high.
When other og ppl go wash up & preparing to slp, some of us og4 ppl r still playing games in the hall. "Who, what, huh?! " Haha!
After that, Zhi Wei & I were talking, we din slp till 3plus am.
Nice chat with her always =) though we only know each other for 3 days, we r super close.

Day 3, Area cleaning. Then some of us went to Jurong Point, New York New York for lunch.
The whole Jurong Point is lyk flooded with JJ people wearing Bikila t-shirts.
Amazing right? Dat always happen after camps in JJ.
There is laughter & chattering during lunch. Get to take photos with some of og 4 ppl.

I'm waiting for the new year countdown and 4EIGHTS chalet dat is coming soon =)

So wad am I doing at home?
Watch TV, watch vcds dat i bought. (those boxes)
Read magazines.
Use computer.

Recently I've been chatting with a lot of ppl on msn.
Ppl dat I didn't expect to talk to.
Haha but it's really a pleasure talking to them.
And I enjoyed talking to them.

For example I talked to:

1) Nice Mass Dance Partner
I danced with him once during the foam party at leadership development camp. We have been chatting almost everyday for this wk. Despite the irregular hrs dat I'm online, he always happened to be online too. He's friendly & nice.

2) Bryan
I talked to him juz now, not long ago. We always din happen to meet each other online but today we did haha. He is nice cos despite being sick, he talked to me. Haha we talked about everything under the sun and I always enjoyed talking to him.

3) Wisbeam
I talked to her recently. It has been so long since i last talked to her or even hang out with her. I haven't really talked to her since graduation from sec sch. I seldom see her online when I am or let's say I seldom go online during sch terms. She confided in me about some of her problems. I tried my best to help her with it but I still feel helpless n sorry for her. Cheer up gal =)

Not forgetting:
Usual ppl lyk Nikki, Sihao, Elaine etc: I always love talking to you all =)

About activities I would lyk to update, I haven't get the photos yet.
Maybe I should get myself a digital camera soon.

Haha i've a lot of fun activities & events dat i haven't find the time to blog.

Let me blog about one 1st! I've found a temp job as a surveyor outside the Food Safari Exhibition at Suntec Convention Hall from 14 to 16 Nov =) work was TIRING but fun!!! Because of the fun company i have, i worked with my friends, Charlene & Pearly. Besides, I met some nice & friendly ppl.

1st, i get to know Bryan. A guy from tampines jc, same age. Charlene & I happened to work with him during the 2nd day. There are in total 6 of us, so 3 of us in the same grp. haha he's damn polite to customers and he really looked lyk a salesman. We are still in contact now haha.

Then, I got to know Jonathan & Peggy. A pair of cute gal & guy. Their work is distributing flyers at the popular book fair upstairs. We happened to know them thru securit guard uncle, Uncle "James Bond". Haha both of them are nice friendly ppl and we always went to find each other during our break.

Last but not least, I got to know this nice fatherly security guard uncle, "Uncle James Bond" Haha he always chit chat with Charlene & I. He is always trying to match-make me with Jonathan cos i've no bf. But, Jonathan is younger than me, Uncle!!!!

Best partner for work: Charlene. Haha we did a lot of fun stuff together (secret) haha we know the best.

4EIGHTS CHALET :):):)
venue: coasta sands downtown east
dates: 2 Jan to 4 Jan

It is alr confirmed that the chalet is book le.
Total cost is $224, so cost per person will be $16 per person.
Okay, ppl pls bring ur money to the chalet and we will return to Wee Leong on the 1st day of chalet.

About activities, You yi has some suggestions! Movie Marathon, Poker Marathon, Monopoly Marathon haha. Give me suggestions on activities if you have =) let's make this chalet a fun one for everybody. Anybody who can bring monopoly, poker cards, dvd player/laptop, movie dvd, pls let me know.

AND there will be a BBQ pit outside or near our room, i think.
Please tell me asap if you all want BBQ cos we will have to book n rent it.
Hopefully, someone can be in charge of catering for BBQ food.

I went out with Kai Hui and Jian Tao today :DD

Haha we meet up at Plaza Sing, intending to watch the movie Cape N0. 7
The 3 of us happened to be interested in watching the movie as there's a lot of publicity in newspaper and magazines, saying that it is a must watch movie. This movie has already been shown in Taiwan and some other countries and it is very popular over there.

I met up with Jian Tao 1st at 12.45pm at the MRT station.
We went to grab a bite 1st and walk ard while waiting for Kai Hui to come.
Kai Hui has to settle some of her cca stuff in sch.

Finally, Kai Hui came n we went to have lunch in Xin Wang Cafe as recommended by Kai Hui.
The place is really great, nice food & dessert and nice ambience.
Kai Hui ordered Century Egg Congee, I ordered Fish Congee and I even shared a Mango Ice dessert with Jian Tao.
Kai Hui warned us dat the Mango Ice was big and the waitress asked if we 3 are sharing.
When she heard dat it's only 2 ppl sharing, she was afraid dat we could not finish haha.

End up we proved the waitress wrong, we manage to finish the dessert. But nearly can't finish.
I kept asking Jian Tao to eat lol. Cos i was quite full after finishing the congee.

Throughout the whole lunch, we chatted happily about school life, work etc.. We talk so much that we took quite long to finish our lunch till Jian Tao reminded us of the movie den we pay and start walking to The Cathay.

We bought the tickets and began to make our way to the theatre.
We are juz in time for the movie.
I guess the movie is kinda sophiscated or artistic.
BECAUSE Kai Hui and I can't understand what the whole movie is about in the beginning!
lols, we were whispering about the movie. Whereas, Jian Tao seemed to understand.
Okay, slowly we understand everything and the ending of the story is sweet =)

After the movie, Kai Hui and I think dat Fan Yi Cheng is handsome. The female lead, a Japanese lady is pretty too. It was a great movie after all, dreams about music, love story. We walk ard in Plaza Sing and decided to go home as all of us going home for dinner.

As we are walking towards the MRT station, we saw a Family 4 camper, Teck Koon.
We waved to him and he walked towards us, looking puzzled.
I asked him, "Do you still remember us?"
He replied, " Ya, JJC de. Where you all going?"
Jian Tao, Kai Hui and I said at the same time, "Home"

Kai Hui n I said goodbye to him and Jian Tao at the MRT station den we walked to the bus stop together to take bus home. Nice day with the two of them =) I enjoyed myself too!!
